TRENZ is New Zealand’s largest international tourism business event and the most important event of the year on the tourism events calendar. TRENZ brings hundreds of international travel Buyers together to meet with New Zealand’s leading tourism operators (Sellers) over three days to build or renew relationships and negotiate business for upcoming seasons. TRENZ 2025 will be held from 6-8 May 2025.

Venue
TRENZ 2025 will be held at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre Te Whare Pungao o Rotorua. Positioned at the edge of Lake Rotorua, the Energy Events Centre's unique location within the picturesque Government Gardens provides extensive free car parking and is also within easy walking distance of the retail precinct, accommodation, restaurants, cafés and spa facilities.
Applications
Seller applications for TRENZ 2025 are now open and close 21 November. Buyer applications open 30 October.

TRENZ will be held from 6-8 May 2025 and the event programme will include:
- 15-minute appointments between buyers and sellers
- Media programme
- Multiple networking opportunities
- Familiarisation activities for buyers
- Pre and post-TRENZ buyer famil opportunities
In recent years, TRENZ has transformed. With a focus on sustainability, the exhibition was refocused and streamlined, using world-class technology to bring it all together to create a year-round experience. This included:
• A streamlined exhibition: large custom booths are cost-prohibitive and wasteful, so the exhibition was stripped back to a simpler setup with reduced pack-in requirements, waste, and additional investment in theming on top of attendance fees.
• World-class technology: TRENZ Connect has been developed to host the entire TRENZ platform, giving all delegates one central place to host all product and company information, find all event information, and enjoy a seamless TRENZ experience.
