Seller programme
Join us in Rotorua, the birthplace of international tourism in New Zealand. TRENZ promises to deliver an exciting programme that brings New Zealand’s leading tourism businesses and high-quality international and New Zealand buyers together to do business and build strong connections. The TRENZ programme will include:
- Welcome pōwhiri
- Up to 52 prescheduled 15-minute appointments with buyers over the two and a half days.
- Networking focus with extended networking events including a revamped Welcome Function on Tuesday evening, a light breakfast on the show floor on Wednesday and Thursday, and a relaxed networking function at the end of the day on Wednesday.

RotoruaNZ will host a Celebration of Tourism function on Thursday evening, offering an opportunity to celebrate our vibrant tourism community. Tickets for this event can be purchased separately during registration.

Packages and Pricing
All sellers are required to purchase a standard or shared seller package. For additional delegates, there are a number of options including a full pass, day passes, or function tickets. A second standard package may be available on request if capacity allows.
Shared booths are a popular and cost effective option for a seller who doesn’t require a full appointment stream or a new seller who hasn’t attended TRENZ before. It is where two seller operators mutually agree to share a booth and receive half an appointment stream each. We suggest you share with an operator who offers similar products to your business or an operator who you may already work closely with. It is the operator's responsibility to match themselves and to be indicated at time of registration.
New sellers

To qualify as a new seller, the seller must be internationally market ready and have not attended any previous TRENZ event. More information on the seller criteria here.
Exhibition
All sellers receive one standard 1.8m x 1.8m booth with every standard seller package which includes walls, furniture (one table and four chairs), light, power, as well as a company name sign and printed back wall sign. You can request an additional seller package at the time of registration. Please note these are not guaranteed and will be confirmed by our team after registrations have closed.
All furniture and signage requirements are managed through Exhibition Hire Services, our exhibition supplier for TRENZ. More information on furniture upgrades and will be available early next year .
There won't be a separate luxury area on the tradeshow floor in 2025. Luxury sellers are able to choose between being represented in the national area or within their region.

The TRENZ online platform is the place you can find your company profile page, listings for buyers, and where you can register or apply for TRENZ 2025.
Here are our top tips to get the most out of the platform:
- Make connections – Connecting with buyers is an easy way to maintain existing relationships and establish new ones. To connect with a buyer, simply click on their company listing and select ‘Connect’.
- Review your company profile – we recommend you regularly review your company profile to ensure all company information is up to date and relevant to buyers. You can also add additional product information to be included on your company profile page.
- Update your delegates – Have you had changes to your team? Review and update your delegates. It is also important to ensure the correct person is assigned as your company’s ‘TRENZ Contact’ as they will be the one to receive important information in the lead up to the event. You can do this in the Organiser Portal by clicking the ‘delegates’ tab along the navigation bar.
