Seller applications for TRENZ 2026 are now open. After nearly a decade, Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest and most influential international tourism business event returns to the vibrant heart of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
Over three dynamic days, TRENZ will connect Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading tourism businesses with high-quality buyers from across the globe. The most efficient and impactful way to engage with the global travel trade and grow your business — TRENZ creates the opportunity to build valuable relationships, negotiate deals, and plan for the seasons ahead. Seller programme
TRENZ promises to deliver an exciting programme that brings New Zealand’s leading tourism businesses and high-quality international and New Zealand buyers together to do business and build strong connections. The TRENZ programme will include:
- Up to 52 prescheduled 15-minute appointments with buyers over the two and a half days.
- Networking focus - engage in valuable networking events including the Welcome Function on Tuesday evening, a light breakfast on the show floor on Wednesday and Thursday, and a relaxed networking function at the end of the day on Wednesday.
- TRENZ Talks - the popular TRENZ Talks returns where you will gain insights from industry leaders.
- Haere rā hour
Tātaki Auckland Unlimited will host a Celebration of Tourism function on Thursday evening, offering an opportunity to celebrate our vibrant tourism community. Tickets for this event can be purchased separately during registration.

Packages and Pricing
All sellers are required to purchase a standard or shared seller package. For additional delegates, there are a number of options including a full pass, day passes, or function tickets. A second standard package may be available on request if capacity allows.
Shared booths are a popular and cost effective option for sellers who don’t require a full appointment stream or for new sellers. It is where two seller operators mutually agree to share a booth and receive half an appointment stream each. We suggest you share with an operator who offers similar products to your business or an operator who you may already work closely with. It is the operator's responsibility to match themselves and to be indicated at time of registration.

New sellers

To qualify as a new seller, the seller must be internationally market ready and have not attended any previous TRENZ event. More information on the seller criteria here.
Exhibition
All sellers receive one standard 1.8m x 1.8m booth with every standard seller package which includes walls, furniture (one table and four chairs), light, power, as well as a company name sign and printed back wall sign.
All furniture and signage requirements are managed through Exhibition Hire Services, our exhibition supplier for TRENZ. More information on furniture upgrades and will be available early next year.
