We’re always looking for new ways we can enhance the TRENZ experience. After listening to feedback from delegates, we’ve made a few improvements to the event for 2018. Changes include:
1. Increased flexibility of TRENZ options and pricing for Sellers
We know you want the flexibility to choose your booth footprint size, and add items individually to your TRENZ Seller Package. This increases the range of options to suit small to large tourism businesses.
The pick and mix style of building your own TRENZ Seller Package has been extended so that you can now:
— Buy your appointment book and footprint separately
— Full delegate pass can include or exclude function tickets
— Reduced day pass price

2. Terminology changes
With the change in TRENZ Seller options above, the language is being adjusted slightly to be clearer and easier to understand.
Previously TRENZ has offered an appointment stream which included your appointment schedule and company booth at TRENZ. With the new Seller options introduced, the term appointment stream is now split out into two terms.
— Appointment book – appointments schedule only
— Booth footprint size – booth on trade floor
3. Registration and appointment system improvements
— Implementation of ‘how to’ videos for the registration and appointment process (these will be uploaded to the Resources section of the website to assist delegates with the corresponding phase)
— Ability to pre-schedule a full appointment book (where requests allows)
— A download-able Excel spreadsheet with Buyer information from My TRENZ Zone, meaning you can filter and search more efficiently
