In 2019, TRENZ will be hosted in Rotorua, New Zealand.

Rotorua, where Māori culture thrives in an otherworldly geothermal landscape, is a cultural treasure bubbling with history, stories and outdoor adventures.

This mystical volcanic landscape provides a dynamic backdrop to many adventures – mountain biking, trout fishing, bathing in natural hot pools, whitewater rafting and many other of the adventures New Zealand is famous for.


Key Dates & Information


International Buyer applications open 28 November 2018

TRENZ 2019 will take place from Monday 13 May until Thursday 16 May.

17 October 2018: New Zealand Buyer applications open

N.B. New Zealand Buyers will be advised of their application outcome in late January 2019.

28 November 2018: International Buyer invitations sent out and applications open

N.B. International Buyers will be advised of their application outcome within two weeks of applying to attend TRENZ.

19 December 2018: New Zealand Buyer applications close


January 2019: My TRENZ Zone open for Buyers


14 January 2019: International Buyer applications close


31 January 2019: Full and final payment due ( by 5.00pm NZT)

N.B. 50% cancellation fee applies (from 5.01pm NZT).


13 February 2019: Appointment requests open (request the Sellers you want to meet with)


7 March 2019: 100% cancellation fee applies (from 5.01pm NZT)


Late March 2019: Accommodation booking confirmation is available in My TRENZ Zone


Early April 2019: TRENZ Activity Afternoon registration opens in My TRENZ Zone


1 April 2019: Appointment requests close


11 April 2019: Appointment scheduling opens (review your appointment schedule and fill any remaining meeting spaces)


29 April 2019: Delegates can no longer cancel appointments from this date

N.B. You can continue to schedule appointments up until and throughout TRENZ until the last appointment on 16 May 2019.

Packages & Passes for Buyers


Accommodation

All Buyers will receive four nights of accommodation with our Official Accommodation Providers, checking in Monday 13 May and checking out Friday 17 May 2019.

Flights

Air New Zealand, Premier Sponsor of TRENZ will provide international Economy flights to New Zealand for selected Buyers. Qualifying Buyers will receive booking information, options to upgrade and full terms and conditions from your local Air New Zealand representative.

 

Apointments:

A 15 minute meeting that can be prescheduled prior to TRENZ or can be scheduled during the event.

Based overseas and purchasing New Zealand product, you will have an appointment schedule of up to 51 appointments. You must attend the full TRENZ programme
