Organisations wishing to exhibit at TRENZ are required to meet the Exhibitor criteria and agree to the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions. In particular, applicants should note the requirement for product to be of an international standard and market ready at the time of application.
Application process
Once applications close a panel of key industry representatives will review TIA's recommendations regarding:
- which Exhibitor applications should be accepted
- counter booth type offers required to applicants regarding booth types/sizes
- applications to be declined for attendance at TRENZ
These recommendations will be based on information included in the application submitted by the proposed Exhibitor and the Exhibitor criteria.
In certain instances an organisation will be presented with a counter booth type offer in writing by the organiser, which the organisation concerned is required to agree to in writing. If the applicant does not agree to the counter offer, their application shall be considered declined. Counter offers will be made at the complete discretion of the organiser, reasoning for which need not be disclosed but may include;
- Organisation size (e.g. based on annual turnover, FTE staff numbers)
- Quantity of prior TRENZ pre-scheduled appointments in previous years
- Number, type and style of product(s) of suitable quality for Buyer purchase
The organiser reserves the right to confirm and decline applications at its discretion. This includes applications submitted by all or any method, including online.
In some instances, despite Exhibitor criteria being met, demand for participation may exceed the availability of booth space or any other participation format offered. In such circumstances it will be necessary to apply category, geographical, quality or other limits in order to maintain a balanced representation of product.
Application acceptance will be by way of writing in the form of an electronic letter.
