The TRENZ 2012 Farewell Function at Queenstown’s Steamer Wharf on the shores of Lake Wakatipu will be a fabulous event.”
Spread across eight restaurants and bars and the vintage steamer The Earnslaw (which is celebrating its 100th birthday this year), you’ll find a venue to relax or party – as the mood takes you after three days of intensive business activity. It will also be a chance to meet up with colleagues and other suppliers and vendors you haven’t had a chance to see.
“On behalf of The Steamer Wharf, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to host the TRENZ farewell event,” says Martin James, Head Chef at Wai Restaurant. “We are very much looking forward to opening all our doors and inviting you into our unique space. The Wharf chefs have joined together to create a wonderful menu showcasing much of our local cuisine matched with some of my favourite New Zealand wines. So get excited, get hungry and we will see you soon."

Networking outside the official TRENZ programme
It is likely that you will receive a number of invitations to network with Exhibitors outside of the official TRENZ programme. Such functions and familiarisation programmes offer excellent opportunities to further develop your relationships with Exhibiting delegates, however it is vital that these engagements are accepted / organised outside official TRENZ event hours (including official networking functions) only.
If you have received an invitation to attend a function that clashes with the official TRENZ programme, please advise Bronwyn Hollingsworth at bronwyn.hollingsworth@tianz.org.nz at your first opportunity (functions run during official TRENZ hours are strictly against TRENZ Exhibitor policy).
