Attendance Fee and Inclusions

 

On your application being approved as a TRENZ 2013 Buyer you are required to pay your TRENZ attendance fee. You will receive confirmation that your application has been accepted via email.

As TRENZ is held in New Zealand, New Zealand Good and Services tax (GST) of 15% must be paid with your Buyer attendance fee. The principal Buyer attendance fee (excluding GST) has not increased in several years – where changes have been made to include the GST adjustment of 2010, the Swedish rounding method has been used.

  • Early Bird payment
    NZ$936.00 including NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) per person (NZ$813.92 excluding NZ GST); applies when payment is received within ten (10) days from the TRENZ Buyer invitation being sent. *(A different fee structure applies to New Zealand Buyer organisations – see below).
  • Standard Payment
    NZ$1040.00 including GST per person (NZ$904.35 excluding NZ GST); applies if payment is received after ten (10) days from the TRENZ Buyer invitation being sent.

The Late attendance fee is NZ$1212.00 including GST (NZ$1053.92 excluding GST) per person. This fee applies if payment is received after 1 February 2013.

*New Zealand Buyers organisations please note a different payment structure applies:
The TIA full member fee is the same as the international Buyer fee of $936 including GST ($813.92 excluding GST).
The non TIA member fee is $1830 including GST ($1591.30 ecluding GST )

Your attendance fee invoice will be available in your personalised Buyer Zone shortly after you receive your confirmation email. Please allow 72 hours for this to become available.

If credit card details were provided with your TRENZ application, your card will only be debited once your application is accepted and approved.

What is included in your fee?
Your attendance fee includes:

  • accommodation (room only) for the four nights of TRENZ, 21 – 24 April 2013
  • all TRENZ networking and social functions
  • entrance to the TRENZ Farewell (non-transferable ticket)
  • TRENZ lunches, morning and afternoon teas as specified in the programme
  • transport to and from the TRENZ venue, functions and official TRENZ hotels
  • entrance to all pre booked/allocated official TRENZ famil activities
  • literature return service
  • printed support materials and various promotional items
  • a TRENZ bag
