In 2018, TRENZ will be hosted in Dunedin, New Zealand, in partnership with Southland and Waitaki. This is the first time TRENZ will be held in Dunedin, so it is not to be missed!

Full Pass

Required for any company representatives who are attending the full TRENZ programme and can be allocated an appointment stream to manage.

Pass includes:
- One Welcome Function ticket
- One Farewell Function ticket
- Activity Afternoon registration
- All catering at the event

Full passes cannot be shared between delegates at the event.

Day Pass

Required for additional company representatives who are attending TRENZ on a particular day. These passes cannot be allocated an appointment stream to manage.

Key Dates & Information


For those of you joining us in 2018, there are plenty of key dates to be aware of leading up to the big event. Here are some of the most important to mark in your calendar as the countdown to TRENZ begins.

Applications open 19 October 2017.


19 October 2017: Trade Booth Applications open


Early November 2017: My TRENZ Zone open for Trade Booths


15 November 2017: Trade Booth Applications close


31 January 2018:Full and final payment due (by 5.00pm NZT)

50% cancellation fee applies (from 5.01pm NZT)


8 February 2018: Appointment requests open (request the Sellers you want to meet with)


7 March 2018: 100% cancellation fee applies for all delegates from this date (from 5.01pm NZT)


Mid-March 2018: TRENZ Activity Afternoon registration opens in My TRENZ Zone


28 March 2018: Appointment requests close


5 April 2018: Appointment scheduling opens (review your appointment schedule and fill any remaining appointment slots)


23 April 2018: Delegates can no longer cancel appointments from this date

N.B. You can continue to schedule appointments up until and throughout TRENZ until the last appointment on 10 May 2018.




TRENZ 2018 will take place from Monday 7 May until Thursday 10 May.

A choice of up to 25 (via Shared Booth, totaling 50 appointments), 51 or 102 business-focused, one-on-one appointments

Industry sessions with the Media Programme presentations

Networking functions including the Welcome Function, TRENZ Bar and Farewell Function

TRENZ Activity Afternoon (where delegates can experience local products first-hand)
